What will be the balance between chaos and order?
We sense the potential of this gathering to deepen our personal and collective practices as we explore what it means to live and learn together intentionally in community.
We have talked about living our time together in the spirit of Open Space and we also recognize the value of having the opportunity for deeper exploration into specific content with experienced practitioners. Our collective sensing is to offer the following minimal structure:
The Learning Tracks will be workshops hosted by someone with deep knowledge and experience who will also be part of the community throughout the week. If you are interested in offering a Learning Track, you are welcome to express that on your registration. The number and content of these sessions will be collectively identified and resourced from within our learning village community throughout the next months.

Growing community together
Our community is already forming. This community will be what we collectively make of it, instead of a consumer experience. Aside from the Learning Tracks, there are many other ways of making a contribution to the community. We especially welcome practitioners from Asian countries to join and contribute to these learning and practice opportunities - and everyone is welcome!
In what ways would you like to contribute now, or during the Learning Village? When you make your registration, if you are interested please choose one of the options below and we will be in touch.
It is important to notice that contributing to the community doesn't necessarily mean that you will receive a payment, have your transportation covered or your fee reduced (Learning Track hosts and Hosting Team members included). The gifts for the contributors will be coming from the generosity of the community, and you can read more about it on the economy and registration page.

Money and diversity
Is it possible for us to practice a shared responsibility economy in which everyone in the community (regardless of host/participant/organizer/etc. roles) practices asking for what they need and offering what they can? Can we invite an economy of abundance that allows the collective wealth of our community to flow where it is needed in support of our common purpose? Can we co-create a community in which East and West respectfully listen and learn from each other and together we dive deeper into how the culture of hosting interacts with other cultures?
With these and other important questions in mind, we are co-creating the economy of the training. Learn more about the economy and how to register here.
