The invitation to the 2020 gathering
We are pleased to invite the international Art of Hosting community to gather in March 2019 for a week of co-creation in a multicultural and multigenerational setting in the beautiful nature of Vietnam.
A Learning Village is a co-created community where we gather to reflect on our questions, inspire and learn from each other, start collaborations, support each other's projects, and strengthen our relationships through our conversations and stories. And it's also a space where we can just relax and host ourselves, retreating from our daily work that can be quite demanding, and take time to enjoy nature and the presence of our mates, old and new.
This is an invitation for hosting practitioners to deepen our understanding and practice of being in community (the fourth of the Four-Fold practice). We will have plenty of space to exchange experiences and learn from our practices. Therefore participatory methods will be used often, but not taught. You are welcome to invite friends and colleagues who have not yet joined an Art of Hosting training if you sense that they are living in the Four-fold practice. And please be clear that this will not be an introduction to the Art of Hosting.
